E-mail Print PDF

The drug and crime problem in California is at an all time high.  There is a serious need for an effective drug addiction treatment program.  Crime and drug addiction coincide with each other and are making the residents of California feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.  The only real solution to this problem is a long-term in-patient residential drug addiction treatment program.  According to the U.S. Sentencing Commission, 30.4% of the Federally-sentenced defendants in California committed a drug offense.  Although drug courts have slightly deterred criminals and substance abusers from committing crimes and using alcohol and drugs, they haven’t offered any real solution or answers to this widespread problem.  According to the Office of Justice Programs Drug Court Clearinghouse and Technical Assistance Project as of April 16, 2007, there were 155 drug courts in California that had been operating for at least two years, 6 that had recently been implemented and 10 that were being planned.  What residents of California really need is a proven, successful and effective drug addiction treatment program. Narconon Arrowhead is striving to help the residents of California overcome this terrible epidemic.  They have qualified staff that is dedicated to helping others achieve life long sobriety and lead happy, productive lifestyles.  The Narconon Arrowhead program is a long-term in-patient residential drug addiction treatment program that consists of two phases.  The first phase includes a new life detoxification program that uses a dry sauna and vitamins and supplements to completely flush all toxins and drug residuals out of the body.  The first phase focuses on handling the physical symptoms and problems of addiction while the second phase focuses on the mental and psychological aspects of handling addiction.  The Narconon program combines comprehensive objective and cognitive therapy along with life skills courses that teach the individual coping tools and mechanisms to further handle addiction and be able to achieve long lasting sobriety.
